Your images

Image conversion runs entirely in your browser on your device. Images you convert are never uploaded to, stored on, or visible to our servers.

Intelligence features

Optional features (describe, smart tuning, export pack, palette naming, the assistant, and AI Studio generation) send only the data needed to work: a downscaled thumbnail no larger than about 512px, or the text you type. Results derived from that data may be cached briefly under a content fingerprint so repeat requests are instant; the cache holds derived text, not your files. Daily usage allowances are counted against a hashed, truncated network identifier, kept for at most 26 hours.

Billing

Subscriptions are processed by Stripe. We receive subscription status, plan, and billing period — never card numbers. A signed cookie remembers that your browser completed checkout; restoring access on another device uses a one-time emailed link that expires in 15 minutes.

Operational data

We count anonymous product events (for example "trace completed" or "export") to see which features earn their place. These events carry no cookies, no account identifier and no personal data — only the event name, the page, the plan tier, and a hashed, truncated network identifier that is never stored in a readable form.

The edge platform serving this site records standard operational logs (status codes, timing, coarse request metadata) used for reliability and abuse prevention. We run no third-party advertising or cross-site tracking scripts.
